Nous rapportons le cas d’une patiente porteuse
d’un pseudo-anévrysme de l’artère pulmonaire
consécutif à la mise en place d’une sonde de
Swan-Ganz, traité avec succès par embolisation
percutanée, malgré la survenue d’une rupture
symptomatique durant la procédure.

We report the embolization of a pulmonary artery
pseudoaneurysm consecutive to Swan-Ganz
catheterization. Embolization was successful
despite an iatrogenic rupture and a massive
hemoptysis.
